200-hour yoga teacher training
This foundational training program is designed for dedicated students who wish to deepen their personal practice and develop the skills to teach with confidence, clarity, and integrity.
Students will attend one weekend of training each month for 12 months. Each weekend builds progressively, allowing students to integrate knowledge steadily while cultivating their authentic teaching voice. Graduates will leave prepared to teach safe, thoughtful, and embodied classes rooted in tradition and informed by modern understanding.
